Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Land AI and is part of our Terms of Service.

You must comply with all laws governing calls, texts and emails, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws and do-not-call requirements. You must have the consent or lawful basis required for every contact, honor opt-outs, and identify yourself truthfully.

Do not use the Services to deceive, pressure or exploit sellers or buyers. Do not misrepresent your identity, your role, your intent to purchase, your ability to close, or the terms of any offer. Do not market property you have no legal right to market under applicable law.

Land AI is not a broker, law firm or title company. You are responsible for obtaining any license or registration required for your activities and for following state rules on wholesaling, assignments and disclosures.

Do not send content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory (including in violation of fair housing laws), sexually explicit, fraudulent, or that infringes others’ rights.

Do not use the Services to target people based on protected characteristics, to collect sensitive information without a lawful basis, or to contact people you know have asked not to be contacted.

Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without permission; interfere with their operation; access other accounts; scrape the Services; share credentials or API keys; or use the Services to build a competing product.

We may remove content, pause campaigns, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with authorities when we believe this policy has been violated. To report abuse, use our contact page.
